A quiet hotel, out back,

Poor signage, too small

Located in a backyard and therefore hard to find. Only Ukrainian and Russian are spoken at the reception. Credit cards are not accepted and suddenly there are additional charges on the bill. Invoices that were issued had to be corrected twice.

Located in a quiet residential area, this hotel is fairly accessible to the city centre, with a few minutes of walking. Several attractions like Kreschatyk Blvd and Schevchenko Blvd are nearby. With basic amenities and services, the rooms are cozy and provides a comfortable stay. the hotel's breakfast is served on time, and the wireless internet is fast and reliable.

Very comfortable bed, very clean bathroom. In spite of the city location quiet and calm room. . Small shop only 10 meters away. Tram stops only a few meters away.

A kettle and tea / coffee in the room would be nice. Coffee instead of tea for breakfast costs extra.

The bed was comfortable. The room very small, but I was always on the road, I only had breakfast once, for cold coffee I had to pay extra, but receptionists were very nice and friendly.

In the room was cold, but at my request the receptionist brought me additional heating equipment, breakfast was not included in the price and for coffee you have to pay more.

Great price, comfortable rooms, helpful reception staff, large beds, daily cleaning and towel changes, 24-hour availability.

Felt more than at home, nothing was too much trouble.

The location, is close to the railway station and places of interest.

Lamp hung over bed, had almost fallen off. The toilet lid was broken, it was said it will be repaired the days.we had only 2 nights stay. We ordered breakfast for 2 days and on the 2nd day they forgot us. But staff was nice and helpful.

The hotel had excellent facilities and offered transportation to the main train station and airport for 15 hours. The location wasn't far from the central tourist areas. The staff were courteous and helpful.

Nothing, no complaints at all.

Good location, breakfast, wifi

Very small room (room 9 ) We could not walk around the bed. In the bathromm the shower has no curtains, the floor gets wet.

The receptionist at Royal City Hotel was helpful and friendly. She went out of her way to assist me with a refund for an overcharge and even apologized for the inconvenience. I appreciated her excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel for its attentive staff and convenient location.

Basically I booked suite room, but it wasn't at all. It was too small, few clothes hanger, no soap, disturbing when I was sleeping
